3. What this site is for
The site provides general information about Nonte and the QA Companion platform. All content is provided for information only. It is not professional, legal, regulatory, or scientific advice, and nothing on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or forms part of any contract.
4. Our platform is separate
Access to and use of the QA Companion platform is governed by separate agreements between Nonte and its customers. These Terms of Use apply to this public website only.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems; introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site; use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract content or data at scale; or use the site in any way that damages or impairs it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
6. Intellectual property
Nonte owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the site and its content, including text, graphics, images, logos, product names, and design. You may view, download, and print pages from the site for your own internal business use. Nonte, QA Companion, and associated logos are our trade names and marks, and nothing on this site grants any licence to use them.
